Scannability check: what to do if it won't scan

A QR code that won't scan is usually caused by insufficient contrast, modules that are too dense, a logo covering a finder pattern, or an export size that's too small. Use the scannability check above to inspect each factor, then follow the tips to adjust foreground/background contrast, raise the error correction level, or shrink the logo.

Enough contrastDark modules on a light background; avoid inverted or similar colors.
Error correction marginUse level Q/H when adding a logo so it scans even when partly covered.
Logo within boundsKeep the ratio ≤ 25% and don't cover the three finder patterns.
Big enoughScale up by distance for print and keep the quiet zone on all sides.
